Trade with ALLAH is a community-driven platform open to all users globally. There are no restrictive limits on who can join the community, provided users comply with our Terms and Conditions.

- Authentication Data: Phone number (WhatsApp) used for authentication and communication. We store hashed verification records and timestamps; we do not store plain-text security codes.
- User Roles: Whether you are registered as a beneficiary, volunteer, or administrator.
- Personal Details: Full name, date of birth, gender, marital status, and profession.
- Volunteer-Specific Data: Encrypted National ID Card (NIC) numbers, NIC document images (front/back), and real-time profile photos for verification.
- Beneficiary-Specific Data: Stated reason for joining and request history.
2.2 Device Permissions & Technical Data
- Geolocation: Precise GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude), physical address, and locality. This is used for matching volunteers with nearby requests.
- Media Files: Access to Camera and Photo Library for uploading images, voice recordings, and video recordings related to requests or profile verification.
- Notification Tokens: Device tokens to facilitate real-time updates and alerts.
- Technical Logs: IP addresses (for security and rate limiting), device platform, and feature usage patterns.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: Authenticating accounts, processing request matching, and facilitating local trade/assistance via proximity algorithms.
- Communication: Sending verification codes and status updates via encrypted messaging channels and push notifications.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: Verifying identity, implementing rate limiting to prevent abuse, and monitoring for suspicious activity.
- Analytics: Using aggregated, anonymized data to identify service gaps and visualize request distributions for administrative improvement.
4. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
- Storage: Data is stored in secure, industry-standard cloud environments with appropriate physical and digital security measures.
- Encryption: Sensitive data, including phone numbers and identity documents, is encrypted at rest. All data transmission is secured via HTTPS.
- Retention:
• Active Accounts: Data is retained as long as the account is active.
• Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymize data except where retention is legally required for audit or financial records.
5. Third-Party Services
We share limited data with essential service providers to operate the platform:

- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: To securely host and serve your uploaded media and encrypted data.
