Delete Your Account

Trade with ALLAH

You can delete your Trade with ALLAH account and associated personal data at any time using the in-app option below or by contacting us.

Delete account in the app

  1. Open the Trade with ALLAH app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then open your personal information (Information).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the phone number registered on your account:

Data that is deleted

  • Account and profile information (name, phone number, role, preferences).
  • Trusted-device records and hashed app PIN (MPIN) data.
  • Request history and content you uploaded (photos, videos, voice notes) linked to your account.
  • Push notification tokens associated with your account.

Data that may be retained

We delete or anonymize data when you delete your account. We may retain limited information only where required by law (for example audit or financial records), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed promptly. Email requests are handled within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
